DONATION REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY

PERTUBUHAN KEBAJIKAN HEMAH TINGGI ALOR SETAR KEDAH (or in short “Good Heart”) raises funds online through the website www.goodheartcharityhome.org for daily expenses of the Center.

This Donation Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes an online donation to “Good Heart”.

We are grateful for your donation and support to our organization. However, as your donation is being made online without our assistance please make sure your personal details and the donation amount is correct as it involves a substantial amount of administrative time to rectify any errors.

Donations are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization, you have 7 days from the date of donation made to request for refund. You can call us at +604-736 3028 or email us providing the donation details of date, amount, name of the donor, and the nature of the error.

Please keep in mind that this Refund Policy, if applicable, only subject to the unused portion of the donation (in case). Thank you.
